OVERVIEW
LuGu Lake is knowns as the most beautiful lake in Yunnan and it is also the last site of the human matriarchal clan. The Mosuo people live here, continuing the matrilineal clan which is rare both domestic and abroad. They continue to use the unique “A Xia” marriage system in which people do not get married and are full of natural and primitive folk customs. This paints this ancient land with mysterious and beautiful colour, and Lugu Lake is also known as the magical oriental daughter country. When the clear water of the lake is full of clear waves, the sun of the morning glows red on the lake surface, one after another fishermen’s songs beat the eardrums, the elegant and light canoes float freely, and the broken walls tell the past of mankind. At this moment, you will be full of longing and longing. Together with the mysterious night, let every man and woman embraced by it refreshed and happy.
ITINERARY
Day1 LuGu Lake
LuGu Lake is a place that rich in natural sceneries, which would make tourists from all over the world emotionally moved. In here, flowers are blooming vigorously, while forests and bushes are in lush. The water of LuGu lake is clear and limpid. It sprinkles when sunshine spreading on. Islands in all different forms are scattered all over in the lake just like stars in the sky. Wandering on its silky like and vast smooth beach, gazing into the winding and pretty rolling hills in a far distance, you would be amazed by the beauty and pure of LuGu Lake.

Day2 Lige Island – Lugu Lake
Lige Island is a pretty peninsula of Lugu Lake. There are green hills surrounding it. A Mosuo village is inhabited here, which makes this peninsula a living Mosuo cultural museum. Gemu Mountain is sitting next to Lige Island. Climbing to the Gemu Cave, you will enjoy the best view of Luge Lake.

Day3 Boating and Cycling – Lugu Lake
There are several islands scattered in Lugu Lake, you may choose to visit these islands by boating. There is also a long lakeshore for cycling and walking, which is another way of appreciating the pretty scenery of Lugu Lake.

1. The prices above only apply to the twin-bed room (One room for two persons to share, with two separate beds or a king bed alternatively). The extra expense will be charged if the extra room is required.
2. The prices above are for people to book together. For example, if you have 2 people booking together, you can have the price for 2 people. If you have 8 people booking together, you can have the price for 8 people, etc.
3. Luxury hotels include 5-star luxury hotels. Comfort Plus hotels include local top-scale 4-star hotels. Comfort hotels include local general hotels and Inns.
4. The list of recommended hotels will be presented to the clients for their reference before the order is placed, and the standard prices are made based on the average level of the boutique comfortable hotel. In this itinerary, we will select and recommend hotels according to their locations, facilities, service, and previous customer feedback. Besides, there are also chances that these hotels are all fully booked or have limited quantities of rooms that cannot match your demands. We will rearrange other hotels that in an equal standard for you if these recommended hotels are fully booked. If you have any accommodation preference in the equal standard, please feel free to contact us to adjust the arrangement.
5. Sometimes, the service fee for a tour group with participants in an odd number will be higher than a tour group with participants in an even number. It’s mainly because based on different numbers of participants, the arrangement for transportation and accommodation will be different too. A tour group with an odd number of participants will have to afford more fees for a single room or more space on transportation.
